Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or using VODJet. By purchasing a license or using the software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a VODJet license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use the software on one active device at a time. Device activations are managed through Lemon Squeezy's activation system.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or bundle the software with other products.
  • Activate the software on more devices simultaneously than your license tier permits.
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose.

3. Payment

VODJet is available for a one-time payment of $99 USD, processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. This is a lifetime license — no subscription or recurring fees. Prices are subject to change for new purchases; existing license holders are not affected.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Hardware compatibility varies; VODJet requires a Windows or macOS machine meeting the minimum system requirements. We do not guarantee the software will function on every hardware configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license ($99 USD). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the developer's principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
