14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If VODJet doesn't work on your machine, you're entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

“Doesn't work” means: the software fails to install, crashes on launch, or core features (clip detection, export) are non-functional after reasonable troubleshooting steps.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@vodjet.com with your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after 14 days of purchase.
  • Incompatibility with hardware that falls below the published minimum system requirements.
  • License key misuse or attempts to activate beyond permitted device limits.
