Please include your Windows version, a brief description of the issue, and any error messages you see. This helps us respond faster.
Licensing & Purchases
For questions about your license key, activations, or refunds, email support@vodjet.com with your order email address. Purchases and license keys are managed by Polar — if you need a receipt or invoice, you can also access it directly from your Polar order confirmation email.
Response Time
We aim to respond within one to two business days. VODJet is an independent product — there is no large support team, but every email gets a real reply.
